The Verdant Health Commission is a program of Public Hospital District No. 2, Snohomish County (the “District”). Facilities and Events Listed

As a program the District, Verdant is focused on serving the residents of its district. As such, the facilities and events listed on the Site must be geographically located within the District boundaries or within one mile of the District’s boundaries. The District’s boundaries are: the King-Snohomish County line to the south, 148th Street SW to the north, Puget Sound to the west and 3rd Avenue SE to the east. A map of the District is located here. Community health events coordinated by an organization located within the District, but with the event taking place outside of the District, may be considered for inclusion. Events must be supporting the health and well-being of residents to be considered for posting. Events posted are at the sole discretion of Verdant.

By using this Site, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site. If any portion of these Terms of Use are held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable law to the greatest extent possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties, and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
