VIRTUAL: Teen Cook-Along: Brunch-tastic Recipes

Teens, age 11-17 years, can cook along at home with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Amy Reuter in this virtual class.

Join registered dietitian Amy Reuter in preparing a colorful and tasty brunch. We will begin with a Mediterranean inspired veggie quiche with a potato crust and then finish with a very blueberry parfait. Hope you can cook along with us as we prepare these brunch-tastic recipes.

This class is designed as a cook-along with the instructor preparing this recipe in Verdant’s teaching kitchen while teens log into Zoom and cook along in their kitchen at home. Teens who register before Thursday (8/16) can choose to:

  • pick up free ingredients at Verdant the day before class (8/18) between 2-6pm
  • purchase their own supplies to use during the class

Note: This is a demonstration class offered live via Zoom, a web-based video conferencing platform that is free.

Cost: Free for teens ages 11-17 years. Participants can choose to pick up free supplies or purchase their own supplies depending on date of registration. An ingredient list will be provided in advance.
