VIRTUAL: Seasonal Grocery Shopping and Maintaining Variety

It is easy to fall into a rut when planning dinner. Keep cooking at home interesting by
learning how to shop for seasonal produce and incorporate homemade spice blends and dressings into your meals. This class will discuss the best ways to incorporate variety onto your plate throughout the week and the year.

This class will be led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and cosponsored by Stilly Valley Health Connections and Verdant Health Commission. This is a virtual free event. Register and we will send you the recording.
