Join us for this Wednesday afternoon virtual class that focuses on a produce pick of the month.
Class description:
Get ready to discover the hidden gem of the vegetable world fennel! This fragrant and flavorful vegetable is not just a pretty face, it’s packed with nutrients like fiber, vitamin C, potassium and more. Eating seasonal is not only good for the environment but also for your wallet. From roasting and grilling to using it raw salads there’s so many delicious and affordable ways to incorporate then into your meals. Join us for an exciting presentation to discover smart and tasty ways to eat fennel.
Class will be led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Taelin Flores.
Recipes will be shared with participants.
