Grocery Shopping can be expensive and overwhelming. Join us for this class to learn simple ways to spend less, save time, and reduce stress while in the grocery store. The class will cover topics such as budgeting, buying in bulk, coupons, and utilizing canned and frozen foods.
This class will be led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and cosponsored by Stilly Valley Health Connections and Verdant Health Commission. This is a virtual free event. Register and we will send you the recording.
