VIRTUAL: Food and Your Mood- The Link Between Nutrition and Mental Health
Research shows there is a direct link between what we eat and how we feel. During this two-part virtual series, participants will learn the impact certain foods have on mood, as well as tips on how establishing a healthy diet can lead to improved mental health and well-being.
This series will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC. The
second session will be built on the first, so we encourage participants to attend both sessions.
Two Monday Sessions:
Date: October 17th and 24th
Time: 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm PDT
Virtual: a webinar offered live via Zoom, a web-based video conferencing platform that is free.
Can not attend live? Recording will be sent.
