VIRTUAL: Cooking Demo – Sunchokes and Artichokes

Are you ready to explore two underappreciated edible flowers? Join me for a culinary adventure as we discover the wonders of sunchokes and artichokes. Sunchokes, also known as Jerusalem artichokes, are a great source of prebiotic fiber, while artichokes are rich in antioxidants and have been shown to support liver health. Plus, both are root vegetables making them a versatile ingredient that can be roasted, mashed, sautéed, or pickled to add a flavorful twist many dishes. Let’s dig in and discover the many benefits of these amazing foods!

This cooking demo class will be led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Taelin Lanier. Recipes will be shared with participants after taking this virtual class.
