HYBRID FORMAT – What does it mean when Verdant offers a hybrid event? This means the event is offered with flexibility to attend in-person or virtual – attendee will select their preferred method when registering.

The Verdant Health Commission Board is a public health agency, and it is our responsibility to address emerging health issues. We prioritize investing in programs that demonstrate clear alignment with our strategic priorities: Mental Health, Healthcare Access and Food Security.

Verdant is moving to one funding cycle a year and will launch the 2025 cycle this summer. Fluxx will open July 15th and the deadline to submit an application will be August 19th. The funding awards will be approved at the November 20, 2024. Board meeting for a contract term of January 1 – December 31, 2025.
