HYBRID FORMAT – What does it mean when Verdant offers a hybrid class? This means the class is offered with flexibility to attend in-person or virtual – attendee will select their preferred method when registering. 


Join Registered Dietitian Amy Reuter as she prepares two flavorful seafood dishes without the fuss. Amy will prepare Blackened Fish Tacos in an Air Fryer and in a cast iron skillet. She will also share simple tips as she prepares pan seared scallops served over spiralized zucchini.

Class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Amy Reuter. Recipes and handouts will be shared with individuals who attend virtually or in-person.

In-person: at the Verdant Community Wellness Center (4710 196th St SW Lynnwood, WA 98036) Limited seating available. Must arrive by 5:50pm to enter the Demo Kitchen.

Virtual: a demonstration class offered live via Zoom, a web-based video conferencing platform that is free.

A Zoom link will be emailed 24-48 hours before the session to individuals who register to attend virtually. Our emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely, please contact us if you don’t receive the class information.
