Join us for an inspiring cooking demo focused on the vibrant and healthy cuisine of one of the world’s Blue Zones: Loma Linda, California! Blue Zones are regions where people live significantly longer and healthier lives, and Loma Linda stands out for its unique dietary traditions rooted in the plant-based diet of its large Seventh-day Adventist community. Discover the secrets behind their longevity as we prepare delicious, nutrient-packed dishes that reflect the wholesome, simple, and flavorful ingredients typical of Loma Linda’s culinary heritage.
