Approved grants are typically under contract for 1 year, with options to renew if desired for up to 3 years pending review of the first year’s outcomes and budget. Applications for this funding opportunity must meet our established criteria and be submitted using our Grant Portal, with additional background available on our Grantmaking Process page.

COVID-19 Emergency Funding Requests

Now accepting COVID-19 funding requests.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created deep impacts to community health, social services, and more. We recognize that new needs continue to arise connected to the pandemic for our residents, and we accept funding requests to address these issues on a rolling basis. These grant requests are limited to short-term needs (up to 3 months), and organizations seeking long-term support should consider submitting a Multi-Year Health Program Grant Request.
