6 Weeks to a Healthier You with Joe Piscatella
Program funded: 2012, 2013, 2014
“You can’t control the deck of cards you’re dealt. But you can control how you play them.” – Joe Piscatella
Developing healthy lifestyle habits is a critical step to living a full and healthy life. During this six-week program, participants have biometric health screenings conducted twice, once at the beginning and once at the end. Their results, combined with the information and tips they learn during six seminars on longevity, nutrition, exercise, stress management and cooking, will create the foundation for developing new healthy lifestyle habits that they can build upon when the program ends.
Registration is now open for the 2014 program, beginning Tuesday, April 15 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lynnwood Convention Center. Learn more and sign up on the registration website.
