Program funded: 2012, 2013, 2014

All kids deserve to start school off on the right foot, with proper immunizations, check-ups and necessary supplies. This community-wide effort has evolved into a health and resource fair for students, with a number of agencies offering free screenings, immunizations, information about services and supplies. Hosted at Cedar Valley Community School and with outreach efforts structured to target as many as 400 students with the greatest need, this program gets kids excited about the return to school.
