Description: The Integrated Cognitive Therapies Program supports youth 13-18 years old who are eligible to attend Edmonds School District high schools and who experience co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders or at high risk for substance use. The program includes assessment and evaluation as well as therapeutic interventions to engage youth and teach them skills to manage/regulate mood and to set and communicate goals including sobriety or harm reduction. Parent coaching is offered to support adult caregivers in adopting new or alternative parenting strategies to support the success of the student.
