Join Registered Dietitian Amy Reuter as she prepares buckwheat crepes. Amy will demonstrate crepe making while she discusses the sensory and nutrition virtues of buckwheat, which is naturally gluten-free. The savory crepe will be filled in classic French style with spinach and egg and the sweet crepe will be filled with seasonal cinnamon apples.
Recipes will be shared with those who participate.
