VIRTUAL – Cooking Demo: Plant-based Make Ahead Meals

Join Registered Dietitian Amy Reuter as she creates two plant-based versions of stuffed acorn squash. The first version features the sweet and tart flavors of cranberries and apples along with seasonal spices. The second version features a Mediterranean quinoa salad with chickpeas, tomatoes, arugula, and feta. Both of these squash bowl meals have make-ahead features perfect for Thanksgiving or other holiday meals.

Class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Recipes will be shared with those who participate.

This free class takes place Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 6-7 p.m. PDT in a virtual meeting setting live via Zoom, a web-based video conferencing platform that is free.

A Zoom link will be emailed 24-48 hours before the session to individuals who register to attend virtually. Our emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely, please contact us if you don’t receive the class information.
