To continue supporting you, we are moving our monthly support group to a virtual online format. Join us the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. virtually on your computer or smartphone for a presentation by a health professional to learn up-to-date information about diabetes and strategies for better blood sugar control. Virtual Cooking Demo: Personalize Your Plate – Diabetes Style
Join us for an informative session with a Registered Dietitian/Certified Diabetes Educator to talk about creating your personal plate with foods that are nutritious, delicious, and also control your blood sugar. Handouts and recipes will be sent to participants following the class.
It’s National Nutrition Month – bring your questions and curiosity to this webinar supporting healthy eating choices and management of diabetes and overall health.
This free class takes place on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 6-7:30 p.m. PST in a virtual meeting – join us from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. A Zoom link will be emailed 48 hours before the session to individuals who register.
Registration is limited to those with a diabetes or pre-diabetes diagnosis and their support person. Pre-registration is required in order to receive the link to join the online meeting.
