Hear Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Amy Reuter share a bit of the Philippines in this cooking demo. Come learn how to make Escabeche with Baked Fish – a tangy, colorful, Filipino-style dish featuring bell peppers, bok choy, and a sweet & sour style sauce.

Recipes will be shared with those who participate.

This free class takes place Tuesday, September 21, 2021 from 6-7 p.m. PDT in a virtual meeting setting – offered live via Zoom, a web-based video conferencing platform that is free.

A Zoom link will be emailed 24-48 hours before the session to individuals who register. Our emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely, please contact us if you don’t receive the class information.

Pre-registration is required, space is limited.*

* If this class is oversubscribed, priority will be given to residents living in South Snohomish County due to funding restrictions.
