Offered for free and designed for participation in all 8 weeks.
We all have difficult emotions, and typically those emotions are in response to someone, or the lack of someone else in our lives. In this virtual series, we will uncover and explore our patterns of thinking, feeling and communicating. We will learn how these patterns impact our relationship with self and others. Drawing on the latest research, we will discover the purpose of relationship, healthy models of relating, and develop and practice new and effective ways of communicating our difficult emotions in relationship. Couples, family members, and individuals are invited to attend this 8-week group. Instructor: Mykel Ziolo, MA, MA, LMHCA
