Getting to Goal is a weight management program that focuses on identifying nutrition and physical activity modifications to support your personal health goals. You can choose to learn how to make sustainable lifestyle changes in a group or individual setting, or both; it’s up to you!
This group class, led by a registered dietitian, includes an overview of healthy habits with a focus on diet and physical activity. You’ll set long term health goals based on guided self-evaluation and identify short term steps which are achievable and measurable so you can sustain your new habits.
Learn about free individual consultations with a registered dietitian that are available as part of the Getting to Goal program. Appointments can be scheduled one to two times per month, for up to three months and include weight checks and the support and education needed to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
