Define when saying no is necessary to put yourself first. Prioritize self-care, restorative breaks, and put your needs above other’s expectations. Use these tools to lessen fatigue, feelings of overwhelm and outbursts of anger. This class is facilitated by Maria Dalbotten.
This free program takes place on Mondays, Sept. 17 and 24, 2018 from 1-2 p.m. at the Verdant Community Wellness Center, 4710 196th St. SW in Lynnwood.
