Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist instructors will be sharing tips for healthy eating as they demonstrate flavorful dishes that you can recreate after class. We’ll send you the recipes and handouts ahead of time so you can review and be ready to ask questions.

Check the verdanthealth.org web calendar for classes coming up.
