Are you an adult trying to eat healthier?

Class description:

Affordable, versatile and an American favorite, potatoes are one of the most commonly used vegetable. Yet in todays “carbs are bad” era, many people are being encouraged to cut this humble starchy vegetable out of their diets. So, are potatoes okay to eat? Do they offer any nutrition? Do they belong on a balance dinner plate? Join us Wednesday to find the answers to these questions and more!
