VIRTUAL: Meal Planning and Time-Saving Strategies
After a busy day, it can be a challenge to put together a quick, healthy meal. Join us to learn some steps in the kitchen to help save time, spend less, eat balanced meals, and always have something on hand to cook last minute. The class will cover how to stock your pantry, meal plan, and batch cook.
This class will be led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and cosponsored by Stilly Valley Health Connections and Verdant Health Commission. This is a virtual free event. Register and we will send you the recording.
