Love Yourself: FREE Health Screening Clinic

Routine health screenings are an important part of maintaining good health. Love yourself today and schedule a quick, FREE check up!

The Verdant Community Wellness Center will be hosting a FREE health screening clinic onsite at its Lynnwood location. Walk-In or register for a quick, 30-minute appointment where you can take advantage of free blood pressure, A1C/Pre-Diabetes/Diabetes testing, and/or depression screening. Your appointment window with a Registered Nurse can include 1, 2, or all 3 screenings if you desire.

WALK-INS are welcomed during the first part of the clinic between 10:00am-1:00pm, on a first come-first served basis. APPOINTMENTS are available during the second half of the clinic from 1:00-4:00pm.

Please park in the designated spots marked “Verdant” and use the front entrance along 196th St SW.
