HYBRID FORMAT – What does it mean when Verdant offers a hybrid class? This means the class is offered with the flexibility to attend in-person or virtual – attendee will select their preferred method when registering.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

Discover a deeper understanding of the gut-brain connection and learn actionable steps to improve digestion, boost energy, and elevate mood. This workshop will provide you with practical tools to enhance both your mental and physical well-being, helping you feel your best every day.

What You’ll Learn:

  • The science of gut-brain communication and how it influences your health.
  • Nutrition strategies, microbiome-supporting habits, and stress management techniques for real-life application.

Time: 6-7:30 pm PDT

In-person: at the Verdant Community Wellness Center (4710 196th St SW Lynnwood, WA 98036) Limited seating is available. Must arrive by 5:50 PM. Park only in spots marked ‘VERDANT’.

Virtual: a demonstration class offered live via Zoom, a web-based video conferencing platform that is free.

A Zoom link will be emailed 24-48 hours before the session to individuals who register to attend virtually. Our emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely, please contact us if you don’t receive the class information.

Cost: Free

Registration is required, but space is limited. Ticket sale ends 1 day prior to event.*

* If this class is oversubscribed, priority will be given to residents living in South Snohomish County due to funding restrictions.
