NEW FORMAT – What does it mean when Verdant offers a hybrid class? This means the class is offered with flexibility to attend in-person or virtual – attendee will select their preferred method when registering. We will continue to monitor and follow all guidance from the state and local health district regarding safety measures like masking when in person. Your health and safety are our highest priority, and we want to ensure your experience in our classes is positive and safe.
CLASS DESCRIPTION – Come join registered dietitian nutritionist, Christy Goff, for this daytime cooking demo and learn about foods that help to lower blood pressure.
We will be making 3 heart healthy recipes that can be added to your weekly meal plan with lots of options to embellish or keep nice and simple.
Class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Recipes and handouts will be shared with individuals who attend virtually or in-person.

* If this class is oversubscribed, priority will be given to residents living in South Snohomish County due to funding restrictions.

Virtual: offered live via Zoom, a web-based video conferencing platform that is free.
