HYBRID FORMAT – What does it mean when Verdant offers a hybrid class? This means the class is offered with flexibility to attend in-person or virtual – attendee will select their preferred method when registering.
CLASS DESCRIPTION –
Be transported to the Heart of Tuscany as Registered Dietitian Amy Reuter demonstrates how to make a Classic Tuscan Farro Soup with White Beans and a Tuscan Salad. Tuscany is known for its simple yet flavorful cuisine. Amy will show and describe how common ingredients can come together in Tuscan style to create a rich, hearty soup and satisfying salad.

Time: 6:00pm – 7:00pm PDT
In-person: at the Verdant Community Wellness Center (4710 196th St SW Lynnwood, WA 98036) Limited seating available. Must arrive by 5:50pm to enter the Demo Kitchen.
Virtual: a demonstration class offered live via Zoom, a web-based video conferencing platform that is free.
A Zoom link will be emailed 24-48 hours before the session to individuals who register to attend virtually. Our emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely, please contact us if you don’t receive the class information.

Registration is required, space is limited*
* If this class is oversubscribed, priority will be given to residents living in South Snohomish County due to funding restrictions.
