Beyond being high in fiber, these foods are also low cost, highly versatile, and packed with nutrients including protein, iron, and magnesium. Join Nicole to explore the variety of legumes available. Learn how to properly prepare beans from soaking to sprouting, as well as delicious ways to incorporate legumes into your breakfast, meals, and snacks!
