The Community Wellness Center is available to the organizations within our community that need a space for their service, program, event, or class that support our residents’ health needs. We have enjoyed hosting many different gatherings in the past, and we look forward to continuing to do so in the future.
The Verdant Community Wellness Center is a 9,000 square-foot building that has several large and small rooms that can host a multitude of different types of health and wellness-related gatherings.
If you are interested in reserving the space at the Verdant Community Wellness Center, please review our Facility Use Guidelinesand Rooms & Resource Guide then complete our Facility Use Form and email it to wellnesscenter@verdanthealth.org for review and approval, or call (425) 582-8600. Staff will be happy to share more information about the status of building use.
For use of the teaching kitchen, there is an additional kitchen use liability acknowledgement required of facility users. This includes a “check-in” and “check-out” to do list for using the kitchen.

Free parking is located in the rear of the building.
From I-5, take Exit 181 (Alderwood Mall/196th St.)
If you are heading west on 196th St. SW (WA-524), continue until 48th Avenue West. Turn left at the signal onto 48th Avenue by the AM/PM. Look for The Party Store sign at the 2nd driveway on your left and turn into the parking lot.
Heading east on 196th St. SW (WA-524), you can turn right directly into the driveway between The Party Store and Verdant after the intersection at 48th Avenue, or you can turn right at the signal at 48th Avenue W, then left at the 2nd driveway into the parking lot.
