Program funded: July 2012 through June 2015

The need for hospice care is rising in South Snohomish County, and this program supports that growth. In addition to educating the community members and medical providers on the benefits and cost effectiveness of end-of-life care, it will increase Providence Hospice & Home Care Foundation’s ability to support our local families. All of the services provided promote family health, well-being and self-sufficiency with the development of new skills in caregiving, grief and loss.
