Program funded: 2013, 2014

This 12-week health makeover program for women provides the education and tools for women to take care of their health personally and for their family. Incorporating initial and follow-up wellness screenings, lessons and activities coordinating with participants’ goals, this program serves a limited number of women from South Snohomish County from April through June in 2013. Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women, but this program is working to turn that statistic around in South County.
