Description:
Learn the types of foods and textures you can offer from 6-12 months, the motor skills infants are developing for eating, and how to watch for signs of food allergies. The class includes a cooking demo and will be led by Dr. Alexander Hamling, a pediatrician, and Registered Dieti­tian Christy Goff from Pacific Medical Centers.

This class will be presented in the teaching kitchen as a learn and taste cooking demo. Infants are welcome to attend to taste what will be prepared in this 2-hour class. Please leave older children at home so everyone can fully participate.

This free class takes place on Monday, October 23, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. at the Verdant Community Wellness Center, 4710 196th St. SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036.
