Through a cooking demo and tasty samples, you will learn about the importance of a fiber-rich diet full of whole grains, fruits & vegetables and the possible role of probiotic and prebiotic foods in promoting a healthy colon. Three tasty recipes will be featured including a mixed berry smoothie, a kale edamame quinoa salad, and cinnamon-apple energy bites.
